Inspired by the heritage charm of the original Eyrecourt Homestead, Circa 1886 is built upon the tradition of this local landmark.
This carefully considered residential community was designed to maximise the estate’s panoramic views and establish Circa 1886 as the premier address in the local area.
Working with the site’s unique topography, Pask delivered a masterplan of close to 600 lots and townhomes across four distinct precincts; Eyrecourt, The Grange, Northrise and Newhaven.
Complementary to the urban design investment made, the estate features landscape design by Tract Consultants inclusive of a signature 1-hectare park centrally located within the estate. Inspired by the work of W.R Guilfoyle, the designer of the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, Circa Park provides residents with a peaceful oasis in which to relax with family, gather with friends or enjoy some exercise among the beautiful gardens, lawns and artistic installations – commissioned by local artists Honeyweather and Speight and Bent Metal Blacksmiths.
Designed for residents to share as a communal backyard, this space has created a heart for Circa 1886 that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
