Nev PaskChairman Nev Pask, who is recognized as one of Queensland's most respected property developers and businessmen, is Chairman of a group of 25 companies that have been successfully operating for over 40 years. Moving back ‘home’ to Queensland in 1966 after running a variety of small businesses in Sydney, Nev was responsible for the development of over 1500 house and land packages on the Redcliffe Peninsula as well as several commercial projects, before focusing his attention on developing in the Brisbane, Redland Shire, Logan and Gold Coast regions. Nev has also been involved in many charitable causes over the years and has been a great supporter of the Police Citizens Youth Club, Zoe Reed Hospice, Royal Children’s’ Hospital and the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Community Trust. |

Dean PaskManaging Director Dean Pask has been with Pask Group for over 12 years and has a background in the legal profession, having completed both Commerce and Law Degrees and worked in private practice prior to joining the company. As well as leading the company’s push into Victoria in the late 90’s with successful projects such as Sovereign Crest and Eden Rise in Melbourne’s South East growth corridor, Dean has been responsible for diversifying Pask Group’s operations into integrated residential housing communities and retail development, with Stage 2 of Eden Rise Shopping Village due to open in 2009, comprising over 12,000 sqm of GLA upon completion. After an active involvement with UDIA in Queensland, with Dean being a former member of the State Council and admitted as Fellow of the Institute in 2006, Pask Group are also members of UDIA and Property Council in Victoria as well as the Family Business Association. Now based in Melbourne, although still very much involved in the Queensland operations, Dean has established a new office and team at Docklands to ensure the continued growth of Pask Group in the Melbourne market. |

Lynne PaskDirector Lynne started working with Pask Group in 1995 after selling her own business in Brisbane and is instrumental in the unit development division with Axia apartments in East Brisbane, Sunbrite Villas at Southport and diversifying the company into retail investments with the acquisition and management of Main Beach Plaza. Actively involved in the UDIA for the past 11 years, during which she has regularly participated in the state judging panel, Lynne also oversees various passive investments of the group including retail, residential and commercial leasing. A Licensed real estate agent, Lynne chairs a number of Bodies Corporate relating to the company’s property portfolio and was responsible in managing the design and fit out of the new corporate headquarters’ at Pivotal Point, Southport. Lynne was responsible for delivering the Sales and Information Centre at Arise and has council approval to build a medium density apartment building named ‘Abronia’ |

David CameronSenior Development Manager (VIC) & Acquisitions Manager (VIC) David has spent over fifteen years in the property, development and construction industies. His experience includes project director positions at APP, a general manager role with a boutique development firm and senior development roles with established presences AV Jennings, Stockland and Lensworth. David was educated in Melbourne and started his career there before relocating to Brisbane to work on major infrastructure projects. He returned to Melbourne to work on retail and commercial development projects before applying his skill base to a variety of development projects of a residential nature. David joined Pask Group in March 2008 and brings an extensive contact base at all levels of government and within the private sector, and a detailed understanding of Victorian planning policy. His hands on experience spans the property sectors industrial, retail, commercial and residential areas. |

Warrick ThomassonDevelopment Manager (QLD) Warrick commenced work with Pask Group in April 2003 having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) in 2000. Prior to commencing with Pask Group, Warrick worked with one of the world's largest integrated real estate services companies in their commercial valuation division and he has been a Registered Certified Practicing Valuer since 2003. Warrick is also an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and has completed the UDIA Developers Program in 2004. |

Rebecca SchultzAccounts Manager Rebecca commenced employment with Pask Group in February 2008 as the Accounts Assistant after her relocation from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. Rebecca’s decisive and conscientious approach to her duties has seen her swiftly progress to the position of Accounts Manager. Rebecca is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Degree, majoring in Accounting at Charles Sturt University. |

Naomi FaveroAssistant Development Manager Naomi joined Pask Group in October 2004 as the Contracts Administrator before progressing to her current position of Assistant Development Manager. Prior to joining Pask Group, Naomi gained experience and knowledge of the industry through working for another property development company in Queensland before moving to Pask Group three years later.

Tim PepperAssistant Development Manager (VIC)
Tim has played a key role in the management of numerous successful development projects, including both land subdivision and Medium Density developments. Tim has been involved in the acquisition of three major development sites in Melbourne, and with at least 1000 lots on the go at any time, assists in the coordination of planning and construction approvals, construction works, and has recently taken some responsibility for sales and Marketing.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Property (RMIT), graduating as one of the top in the class.

Piotr RutkowskiAssistant Development Manager Piotr commenced work with Pask Group in February 2011, after spending 3 years working at Delfin Lend Lease known for their strong reputation in Australia for delivering master planned communities. Piotr graduated from RMIT in 2005 with a double degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration and has since delivered an array of infrastructure both at local government and as a project engineer on the Caroline Springs project – along the way fulfilling one of his lifelong dreams and that’s to manage and deliver the construction of a bridge which will be of high demand during its life. Ready to broaden his experience, he is keen to take on more responsibilities across various departments - which Pask Group can offer and challenges him to grow within.

Erin KingContract Administrator Erin joined Pask Group in 2006 as the Accounts Assistant and within 12 months advanced to the Assistant Accountant Role. In early 2008 Erin made a successful transition from Assistant Accountant to Contracts Administrator where she now oversees the administration of land sales and broadacre purchases whilst assisting the development team. In addition to working full time as Pask Group's Contract Administrator Erin is also undertaking a Batchelor of Commerce degree at Griffith University. |
Katy EricksenPersonal Assistant Katy joined Pask Group in February 2010 as the Accounts/Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to the position of Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director. In addition to working full time at Pask Group, Katy is currently completing a Bachelor of Professional Communications majoring in Human Resources Management and is expected to graduate in 2012. |
