Winning in the categories of ‘Residential Development of 250 lots or fewer’ and in ‘Affordable Development’, proves that striving for excellence really does have its rewards.

Original planning regulations in Casey did not provide for Affinity to be built because essentially, the design broke a mould. However, a new matrix was developed and upon completion, proved irrefutably that higher density developments do not have to result in loss of amenity.
